The first floor of the house is warm and inviting with a large family room that boasts a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, a large flat screen television and a spacious dining room.

There are 3 master suites in the property with the first being on the ground floor.

The spacious master on the first floor is the only room downstairs and has a king-size bed, en-suite bath and a nice size porch that is perfect for relaxing after the beach or enjoying a nice book. The second level of the home has two master suites and two guest rooms that each have their own name, like “Portofino” so that guests staying at the B&B could identify their rooms. The two master suites on the second floor each have their own balcony that capture a Mountain View, king-size beds and en-suite baths. Both guest bedrooms on the second level have queen-size beds and en-suite baths. All rooms in the house are tastefully and comfortably decorated giving you a home-away-from feeling.

In addition to the comfortable living space that this Santa Barbara Vacation Rental has to offer, guests will surely enjoy the close proximity to many local attractions like the Santa Barbara Zoo, Bird Refuge, Cabrillo Arts Pavilion, East Beach Grill, and volleyball courts that are all just minutes away by foot. You can also catch the trolley that runs along Cabrillo Boulevard and get a lift downtown for a small fee of $.25. Guests can also use the beach cruiser bikes that are provided and take the bike path along east and west beach which houses some of the best shops, galleries and restaurants that Santa Barbara has to offer.
