Our comfortable and rare Vacation Studio with ocean views is located in a quiet family neighborhood on Santa Barbara's Mesa walking distance to West Beach. The Studio has all the elements for a  classic Santa Barbara vacation.Very large bedroom with sitting area and kitchenette. Two balconies-one with an ocean view and one with a garden view and large bathroom. Compromising approximately 400 square feet the studio is accented by a gas fireplace, flat screen t.v. and extra large closet with comfortable drawers and shelves for plenty of storage.Sliding glass doors open to the two balconies allowing you to enjoy the fresh ocean air and sea breeze. The doors and windows accent the entire space allowing for a light and airy feel.

Weekly maid service is also included. Guests also have access to amenities at the Old Yacht Club Inn including  a full gourmet  breakfast served each morning in our Historic Inn located 1 block from East Beach as well as an afternoon wine social. Complimentary use of our bicycles, beach chairs and beach towels are available at the Inn as well.

West Beach Location:
Only a few short blocks from the pristine white sands of Santa Barbara's renowned "West Beach" and walking distance to shops and restaurants.  Our preferred location is convenient for walking on the beach at sunset or sunrise, bicycling or rollerblading on the bike path, boating, whale watching, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby restaurants, or just relaxing as you enjoy the views from your private balcony. The heart of downtown Santa Barbara is only about a one mile walk down Carrillo Street.

Vacation rentals rent primarily weekly or monthly with a Saturday arrival and Saturday departure. Exceptions may apply close to the arrival date.
